Go Away Mr. Cough, I Hate You!!!!

so, it's been a rough several days. i've had a pretty bad cold since last thursday. dada took me to the doctor yesterday. luckily, it is JUST a cold. i also got my first dose of the swine flu vaccine, so that's good. looking forward to the weekend and halloween. i hope trevvie and ty ty will come over and go trick or treating with me like they do every year. i should have this thing kicked by then. love and miss everyone - sammie xoxo

Weekend Update

what a weekend. even though i have a pretty bad cold and have been snotting all over the place and coughing a lot, i managed to have a pretty good weekend. saturday, after hitting a couple stores, i went with mama and dada and picked pumpkins for our annual pumpkin carving party. i think mama and dada did a great job and i love my mickey mouse pumpkin. then, on sunday, we went to the mall and to target. i wore my new dress with pink tights and my new boots. it was fun. i was sleepy weepy at lunch though. i went home and got a good nap. oh, and my dada got me a new Eagles jersey. i told him i wanted a westbrook joint, i'm tired of that mcnabb clown. i'm rocking that joint at daycare today. maybe dada will take a pic of me in it later. big game tonight. E-A-G-L-E-S....EAGLES!!!!!

Could I Have Any More Toys??

my mama and dada have done a pretty good job of making sure i have enough toys to play with and books to read. that's all well and good but, sometimes, i just like to play with the blinds.

My dada always told me that technology is great but can turn on you in a snap. I found that out this weekend. I am sorry for the delay in postings on my blog. My computer wasn't working right and I have to sneak under the table just to upload my pictures. For all my peeps that have been waiting for new pictures enjoy!

Dear Baskets,
I know how my mama feels but I don't want your feelings to be hurt. You are my new best friends. I heart you. I think you are absolutley perfect. I can pull everything out of you and play with all my toys and books at once. I don't even have to put things back in you. I can scoot to you and you are always there sitting perfectly waiting for me to destroy the house. Wow! That's about all I can say is wow!

Note from mama

Dear Basket,
Why have you done this to me after I have loved you for so long. It's no secret that I love baskets. I don't discriminate. I love them all or I used to love them all. I always said that you were functional and that you looked great at home and at school.

I will never love you the same. Sammie now gets into my beloved baskets and takes everything out and doesn't know (or she wants us to think) how to put her toys or books back. You are no longer functional because now I have to put toys away at night when I could be watching Nancy Grace. I also want to apologize to Auntie Bethies for forcing her to love baskets too. She was right...they suck!

Hoot! Hoot!

This weekend my mama hand painted a bunch of owls all over the wall by my bed. She worked so hard that I didn't have the heart to tell her that owls are kind of scary. Don't they like peck people to death? What is she thinking? I already hate sleeping in that bed (prison). Now, with the owls, I will never sleep in there again. Way to go mom. Mother of the Year!

LUNCH!

I would not let the weekend pass without a lunch date with the boys that I heart. I had a date with my dada, twevie, and ty ty on Saturday. We went to my favorite restaurant El Paso. The chips and salsa are the best. Well, I have had better but you can get like 3 tacos for 2 bucks. That's how much I have in my piggy bank.

FIRST HAIRCUT!!

my mama and dada took me for my first haircut over the weekend (mama had cut my bangs before but i never had a "real" haircut). i heard dada talking and telling my mama that he was skeptical and worried about how'd i'd behave. HEY, DADA.....IN YOUR FACE, CHUMP!!!! i was the best little girl. i sat still and even laughed a lot. i loved getting my hair blow dried and i even let the lady put clips in my hair. don't i look pretty? love and miss everyone. xoxo -sammie

IT'S BECAUSE OF YOU!

I know that I am a little late but nothing I do is "on time" and I really need to make sure that I say thank you to the people who have really helped me become who I am today. You have done so much and I don't know how I can ever thank you. You are so dedicated, patient, flexible, and everything in between. I would never be where I am today without you. You have believed in me from the beginning and I hope that I have shown you what a child can do when you believe in them. Miss Ashley, Miss Alicia, Miss Amber,Miss Diane, Miss Kate, and Miss Maddie you are my HEROES and thank you doesn't say enough. I don't have pics of everyone but everyone works so hard to make sure that every child succeeds. I am so lucky that I found you!

Mom Mom and Pops Visit

My Mom Mom and Pops visited on their way back from Myrtle Beach. Thanks for taking me out to dinner. It was the best. I really loved how I fell asleep in Mom Moms arms. You are so comfy :)

She does exist!

I don't believe it myself. My mama does really exist and she happened to get her picture taken. She made sure that Auntie Bethies knew that she would knock her out if she put this on the blog. Watch out Auntie Bethies! "Mama said knock you out."

Is Grass Fattening?

Please say that grass is fattening because that's all that I wanted to eat when I was at the park. Oh well, it could be worse right?

Busy Weekend!

I spent Sunday doing lots of fun stuff at the playground with Twevie and Ty Ty. Who knew that I loved the slide so much. I tired to convince my mama and dada to get me a slide for my room but they laughed at me right away. What does that mean? Am I just really funny?

Oh What a Night!!!!

ya'll didn't know i was a young shining star, huh? pffffft.......of course you did. i got my award last night. i was so happy (even though my name is spelled wrong on that joint). my dada says that's been happening to him his whole life and not to worry about it. i'd like to thank my gaga, papa, and auntie vroom vroom for coming to the awards dinner and supporting me. i couldn't believe it!! i danced a lot and was up until after 10 o'clock. special thanks to vroom vroom. my dada assigned her photography duty and she did a fantastic job. i'll post more pics as soon as she gets them to my mama and dada. love and miss you all. xoxo - sammie
