Under The Weather on New Year's Eve

so, i haven't been feeling so hot the last couple days. turns out i have a small ear infection (and a horrendous cough). only good news is i got to see my boyfriend, dr. o'mara. it was a tough appointment this morning and i got all flush from a little (okay a heck of a lot) of crying while he was digging in my ears. i don't blame him though, he made me feel so much better. then, all was well when i got my hands on his stethoscope and was able to play doctor. i even checked his heart rate (and the window's and daddy's knee's). i heart you, dr. o'mara, thank you and all of the staff at northern virginia pediatrics and adolescent center for all you do for me. just look at dr. o'mara's smile, you can tell how much he loves and cares about me.

Good Old Fashioned Family Christmas

This picture is for the Tampa Crew. The Crew sent Papa this shirt as a gift and boy was it a hoot. We are proud to be the Griswolds and have an Old Fashioned Family Christmas. Has anyone seen cousin Eddie and his dog Snots?

THE TRUTH

My cousin Trevor has a new year's resolution for 2011...he will no longer root for the Skins but has taken the higher road and will cheer for those EAGLES. Fly Eagles fly! Trevie has finally learned which team wins on Sundays.

Let's Just Say I was a Good Girl!

Santa Claus was very good to me this year. I got lots of great gifts. My favorite was my vacuum. I couldn't stop using it. My mama was hoping that it really worked and I was helping clean the house...Sorry mama! I got an Eagles sweatshirt, lots of Dora books, some stuffed animals, and a great back pack thing from the Tampa Crew. It was tons of fun. Can't wait until next year!

sorry!

i apologize for not posting anything in a long time. it's been a very unusual couple weeks in the klineburger house, with daddy being laid up and pops in town to help out. among all the commotion, my mommy and daddy did not even get a picture of me and pops. they did, however, get a picture of me wearing his hat. thanks again, pops, for helping my mama and dada out; it was great to spend so much time with you. oh, and also mom-mom. she came and helped for a couple days as well. can't wait to see everyone again on the 18th. xo

Dada's Bad Wheel!

so, some unfortunate news. my daddy spent 6 hours in the emergency room on wednesday, the day before thanksgiving. turns out, he has cellulitis in his right leg. his leg was really swollen and he could hardly walk. good news is he's been following the doctor's directions of R.I.C.E. rest, ice, compression, elevate. he has spent the last 3 days on the couch, icing his leg down, while elevated. he looks like he's in alot of pain and i know it hurts him real bad. but he's been hobbling much better so i think he's on the rebound.

Gobble! Gobble!

Can't wait until Thanksgiving. Thanks to Aunt Gigi for the cutest Turkey. I love looking at it and saying Gobble Gobble.

A Little Boring...

This weekend was a little boring because I didn't do that much. I did buy a table that I could sit at and do work on my laptop and work on my homework. I convinced Mickey to sit at the table with me. He is so cute right? I heart him!

Veterans Day

My daddy is a Veteran. He is powerful, brave, courageous, a hard worker, and he loves his country. I hope that one day I am more and more like him. Today is for him and all the other Veterans who have served our country. Happy Veteran's Day, Dada. I am so proud of you! You Rock and you know it! And you're not too bad on the eyes either :)

P.S. Just so you know that I had to post this hours before November 11th because I have a bedtime people. I know...my parents are stinkers and won't let me use the computer after 8:00 pm.

Weekend with Daddy!

because i have a mild case of pink eye, mama had me stay with dada this weekend while she went and helped out gaga and papa. i'm happy to hear that my papa is feeling okay after his surgery and with his cast. that being said, dada and i had a great weekend. daddy took a couple of pictures i thought you might like.

Late!

Let's be honest...I am so late with my Halloween pictures because I was under the weather (I mean I had a fat lip). The Paparazzi in Woodbridge (my mama) is intense and while taking pictures of the newest Eagles Cheerleader they (she) pushed me over and gave me a fat lip. Mean Guys! I did get some candy and a lot of sympathy. Let's hope that when I model for the Thanksgiving Parade the Paparazzi (my mama) gives me some space.

Papa's Boo Boo

Papa and Gaga were on vacation visiting a race track in Kentucky and Papa fell on the stairs. I know...how sad that he couldn't even bet $3.00 to show on Kent Desormeaux. After a short hospital stay Gaga and her bad eyes had to drive the 7 hours back to West Virginia. Luckily, everyone is okay and Papa came back with a nice parting gift...a leg brace. Not to worry. While I was there I only hit him 4 times in the leg and made him cry only once. Sorry Papi!

Pumpkins and Cousins

This weekend I went to the country with my cousins to visit my Gaga and Papa. Before we got there we stopped to get some pumpkins. I had no idea they had these cool wagons that we rode in. We were also lucky to find the perfect pumpkin!

The Trip to Manalapan

Remember when I went to Manalapan, NJ to see my Aunt Lisa, Uncle Keith, my cousins Megan and Ryan, and my Mom Mom and Pops? Remember when I said the only reason I went was the possibility of seeing the Sitch from Jersey Shore? Well...how do I say this without being mean......I won't be going there any time soon. This came in the mail for my mama today.

It's a SPEEDING TICKET! That's right people my DADA got a TICKET FOR SPEEDING IN A WORK ZONE! The kicker is that the ticket was written for my MAMA who wasn't driving!! It is in her name just because it's her car. Darn that speeding camera. I do have to give credit to the state of Maryland...nice picture for a car that is going 72 MPH. What kind of camera and lens do you use to get such a great picture? I gotta get a camera like that for my mama for Christmas!

Haircuts, football, and second dates

This weekend I had so much to do. I finally got my hair cut. I can finally see because my bangs aren't in my eyes anymore. I heart cartoon cuts!

After my hair cut I went to the boys house for some football. Actually we watched a little bit of the Blind Side (my mama was crying so we had to turn it off) but the boys forced me to put on their Redskins helmet. They said I couldn't have any ice cream if I didn't wear the Redskins helmet. Darn you boys...you know that I love ice cream. So I did it. I don't think my dada will let me in the house because of this. :)

After a good nap and a great tubby I had a second date with my best friend. We had a great time chatting and maybe next time he will splurge on a milk for me. Brady, I miss you and can't wait to talk with you next week. Have fun at school.
