Getting Ready

I went to bed super early so that I would be ready for my boyfriend's...ooops I mean friend's birthday party at daycare. If you know me you know I don't miss a thing. I am wishing Brady a very happy birthday and an amazing year to come. Brady- have fun but know that I wish you weren't leaving. Can you hide in my basement? I do love you!

Fun Time at The Doctors

For once, I had a great time at the doctors office. Before I got there I took a snooze in the car. I guess I take after my mama. While I was waiting I made a new friend. Some of you probably know him. He's the bear that is the mascot for Children's Hospital. I waved at him but he didn't wave back. I talked to him but he never once said a word. HOW RUDE!

P.S. If you are looking for a gift for me for any reason I love stethoscopes. Who knew?

Sweet Summer

It's summer and I have been waiting for this all year. I can't wait to get back to the beach and spend time in the pool. Why does waiting for summer take so long? The best part is no school and spending lots of time with my mama and dada. Here's some pics that remind me of summer. Falling asleep in the hammock when we went to Kitty Hawk and an awesome craft I did at daycare. I can't wait until we go to the beach again this summer!

Summer Camp 2010

Okay. Here's the deal. This summer my mama (who is crazy...don't tell her I told you) is taking care of Trevor and Tyler. Luckily, I am still going to daycare with my amazing teachers 3 or so times a week. Thank GOD! I don't really appreciate how I was an only child and all of a sudden I became a girl with 2 brothers...I mean cousins. Just kidding. I heart my cousins and they love and take care of me. I am picturing when I am in middle school and the mean girls make fun of me (which girls always do) and Trevor and Tyler stand up to them and protect me. It will happen. Mark my word. Fun Weekend!

mama and dada took me over to aunt D and uncle justin's house so i could cool off in their pool. i had a great time swimming and splashing and playing with dada and tyler and trevor. all that fun and sun made me so sleepy. hope everyone else had a great weekend too. xoxo -sammie

I Heart Summer Time!!

just a few pics from this past weekend. mama and dada got me a new pool to cool off in. i had so much fun. i really need to start wearing my glasses more. i do okay with them at school but not so much at home. hope everyone is doing well. my last day of school is tomorrow......which is good because i so need a break. :)

New Favorite Things To Do!

so, apparently, i'm feeling MUCH better. after my recent bout with pneumonia, i've come out the other side with flying colors. i've even picked up two new favorite things to do: walk around with bags (any bags - backpacks, grocery store reusable bags, even bags of fried chicken) and stand on books or magazines. i don't know why, i guess it's just fun.

FINALLY!!!

just wanted to let everyone know that i started feeling better yesterday afternoon. knock on wood, cross your fingers.....all that good stuff. my gaga, bless her heart, came from west virginia and stayed over last night and watched me today so mama and dada could go to work. i soooo heart my gaga. tomorrow, i'm gonna take a shot at going to daycare (knock on wood, cross your fingers) but not preschool. baby steps. love you all.

What Does Pneumonia Look Like?

sorry, everyone, for not posting in almost a month. at first, it was because i was waiting on auntie bethies to send me pics from our trip to wva a few weeks ago. well, guess what...........still waiting. then i got sick. now, i'm really sick. doc says i have really bad pneumonia. i cough ALL the time and am just in a really bad mood most of the time (understandably). all i want to do is sleep but it's hard because of all the coughing. anyway, dada has been documenting the last week so here are some pictures. not fun at all. however, i was a really good girl at the radiologist yesterday (had to get a chest x-ray). i'm on a new antibiotic and hopefully will be back and better than ever.........as always! mama is taking me to the pediatrician today and i might have to get a really painful shot to help speed up my recovery. i hope not but, at this point, whatever will help me get better faster.....love and miss everyone. -sams
