OMG! I can't believe that my boyfriend, Dr. O'Mara, saw me naked today when I wasn't feeling my best. I didn't even have my "designer" diaper on. I am so embarrassed. To make matters worse, I lost 2 pounds. I heard that he likes his patients on the skinny side so I've got that going for me. I really loved it because I felt like a famous person today. When all the doctors and nurses found out I was there, they came in to see me. They were like crazy stalkers. Now I know how you feel Suri...I hate the paparazzi.
