Hi Sams - Of course I know how to play a video, but they don't come through on my work e-mail (probably blocked - dang those IT people!). HOWEVER, I finally caught up on my e-mails at home and it came through just fine. A very impressive morning run!! Ah, I used to do those back in the day.....
